  One sunny afternoon, shortly after taking a nap, on my soft, silky mattress, I wondered what my next line of action should be, seeing ASUU had refused us entry into classrooms. The incessant strikes were taking their toll on people, with most  students gradually falling into a state of despondency. Refusing to wallow in self-pity, I decided to "catch cruise" onlin e. During this search, I stumbled on a video that featured a famous intellectual, who was both a public speaker and a writer, well-known and respected home and abroad. She was the keynote speaker for the symposium.   In 2015,  a case report of Obstetrics and Gynecology was released by Hindawi of a 29 year-old patient from Bangladesh who initially came down a year before, in her first pregnancy, with spontaneous abortion. During the examination of the pelvis of her second pregnancy, the patient was diagnosed with  Uterus Didelphys which presented no symptoms at all. What is uterus didelphys ? Uterus didelphys is a rare medical disorder that occurs during the development of the female foetus in the womb and it is therefore medically referred to as Congenital Abnormality . This medical condition is characterised by double uteruses(wombs) with two different cervixes(narrow end at the opening of a woman's uterus) and in some cases, double vagina as well.     I  vaguely remember a story I was told some years back, of a pregnant woman who didn’t know until her third trimester that a fibroid tissue was also growing in her uterus (womb). While this could have been a real life scenario, I can’t guarantee the credibility of the story I must confess, because of some unanswered questions I have . Notwithstanding, the issue of fibroid is not one that has gone without notice. In fact based on findings from the Office on Women Health (OWH), about 80% of women will develop fibroid before they clock 50. But there is really no cause for alarm; death cases are rare. Worldwide, suicide is the second leading cause of death for people within the ages of 15–29 years.
